We provide robust and accurate project cost management throughout the life cycle of a project. 

Our cost management services includes, feasibility estimation, cost planning, monitoring and negotiating variations, monitoring and managing cash flow, payments on account, valuations, regular financial reporting, final account preparation, negotiation and sign off. 

Employer's Agent

As Employer’s Agent we work closely with the client to create the project team together, communicate the clients objectives to the team and ensure that such objects are achieved in a efficient and collaborative way.

We represent the client throughout the project life-cycle and ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality. We do this through our robust project and cost management processes

PROCUREMENT

We carry out procurement option appraisals in line with project objectives and we generally recommend the best solution to our Clients.

We often manage the entire procurement process on behalf of our Clients to include the development and assessment of OJEU Notices, pre-qualification questionnaires, invitation to tender, evaluation and interview, through to final recommendation.

Bank Monitoring

Our varied experience allows us to bring impartial, up to date expertise to deliver an insightful and comprehensive practical monitoring service.

Our services cover the entire range of property life-cycle related decisions, from initial feasibility and construction cost analysis, through to construction cost monitoring to project handover.

Risk and Value Management

As part of our risk and value management services we manage as appropriate, opportunities, value and risk registers throughout the life of the project. We involve clients, their team and all stakeholders.

BILLS OF QUANTITIES

We provide full taking-off and preparation of Bills of Quantities in accordance SMM7, NRM and Highways Method of Measurement and Contractors Bespoke Measurement.

RETROFIT COORDINATOR

As Retrofit Coordinators we will manage the PAS 2035 process throughout a project, ensuring compliance with procurement, specification,
and delivery of measures.

We will provide guidance through out the decision-making process and protect the resident or homeowner’s interest from survey to handover.
